Why sending from your own domain is restricted
Wellness Pulse delivers some of the highest deliverability and response rates in the industry for sensitive wellness programs. To protect that reputation and limit legal/liability risk for you and other customers, we only enable outbound email from customer domains for verified institutions that have been active on Wellness Pulse for at least three months.

To request access, please contact support@wellpulse.org and our team will review and enable this for eligible institutions.
One survey, every channel. Your account is already activated for sending surveys via QR, chat, and social—and all responses land in one place.

📅 Native integrations coming in January 2026: Native integrations for Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, and other platforms are scheduled for release in January 2026. Until then, you can share survey links directly in these channels—all responses will still land in one place. QR codes are available now.

Basic branding

These details appear in your survey communications (emails, QR landing pages, and other channels), even if you keep sending from a Wellness Pulse address.

This is the name people see in their inbox next to the subject line.
Replies to survey invitations or reminders will go to this address.
Used in the footer for compliance and clarity.

Send from your own domain (optional)

This feature is currently restricted. Once approved, Wellness Pulse can send emails as your institution, like surveys@your-organization.org, after DNS is configured.

Send emails from our own domain

Preview

This is roughly how your survey invitation emails will appear. The same branding is used across all distribution channels.

Even before your domain is configured, we’ll use this branding while sending from a secure Wellness Pulse address. When DNS is ready, we’ll switch to sending as your organization.
